Your wedding photography timeline
I. Contact me for online meeting
Recognizing the vital role of chemistry, I find it essential to meet with couples before their final decision. This allows us to connect, exchange ideas and desires, and gauge if we're a perfect match. Feel free to ask any questions you may have at this stage—I'm here to help!
II. Confirm the booking
After confirming your booking, I will send you the contract and the reservation fee invoice.
The contract includes detailed information about all important aspects (contacts, investment, date and locations, terms, editing, publishing, etc.).
The reservation fee is 30% of the total amount of the photography package and is non-refundable. The fee will be deducted from the final sum after the wedding.
III. Wedding planning meeting
When booking over 8 hours of coverage, your package includes a small complimentary engagement session.
I like to combine this session with a face-to-face wedding planning meeting where we can share thoughts, go through the entire wedding day together, and spend a great time at some lovely nearby coffee shop.
The best time for the planning meeting is approximately one month before the wedding day.
IV. Wedding day
I will be there with you. From candid moments to carefully curated shots, I'm committed to capturing the essence of your special day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I'm honored to be a part of your celebration. Whatever happens, we'll figure it out!
V. Sneak peeks and final Invoice
Within two weeks of your wedding, I'll provide sneak peeks of the highlights and portrait previews for you to choose your favourites. I'll personally curate the documentary part for a memorable visual story.
VI. Final gallery
Within three months of your wedding, I'll deliver the final image gallery and present a preliminary wedding album for your approval.

You'll receive your wedding album if it was included in your order.

How much in advance do we need to book you??
As much in advance as possible to ensure that I'm available for you on your Day. However there're always free slots here and there so do not hesitate to drop me a message with just a few weeks notice!

Yes, I do. Everything can be discussed!
Do you do videography too??
Me - no. BUT. Together, Simon and I offer a seamless blend of photography and videography services that cover every angle of your wedding day.
Our collaboration allows us to create a cohesive and comprehensive visual story, capturing the intimate moments and the grand celebrations with equal care and attention.

Can we meet you before we make a decision?
YES! Chemistry is super important and I always suggest my couples to meet and share thoughts first to ensure we're a perfect match!
Nowadays life is pretty hectic, so at this stage of us, I love to meet my couples via video call. So for sure we'll find a good moment for that!
Can you help us to plan the day?
Sure! I've seen many weddings already and know that works and what doesn't work when it comes to photography part.
During the planning meeting we go through the day schedule together. Sometimes I suggest some changes to make the day flow smoother and to make sure you enjoy it and not just rush through :)
Do you have any good contacts in mind?
Oh yes!! I have professional musicians (all setups and genres), DJ:s, catering, florists, make up artists and hairdressers. You name it - I have it!
You're our wedding photographer! Will we have an engagement session included to the package?
Complimentary small engagement session is included in over 8 hours wedding documentary packages just as my gift for you <3
But of course you can always book the full session!
We're so in love but don't know how to pose
Nobody knows! Rare of us is a professional model :) But for sure everyone - more or less - feels awkward in front of the camera (even me, although I know what to do!).
Prepare to move a lot, walk, maybe run. HUG and KISS (it's Your Wedding, remember?)
I'll throw you ideas and suggestions but will never force you to do something you don't like or can't do. I will guide you gently and watch for the best angles. So all you will need to do - to be yourself and enjoy each other!
What if it rains at our wedding day??
Well.. It's Finland. But we can always hide somewhere, I have at least few in mind... OR... dance in the rain!
What happens after the wedding?
Within 2 weeks (I'll do my best to be as quick as possible) after the wedding day you'll get few sneak peek with some highlights from The Day, including 1-2 retouched portraits.
I'll also download previews of the portrait part to your gallery, so you can take your time and choose your faves.
All edited images - portraits of your choice (make sure to remember to choose your faves!) and the whole documentary part will appear to your gallery by the date, mentioned in your contract.
